My Story
I discovered homeopathy while looking for a safe and drug-free approach to treatment for chronic eczema and common illnesses, for myself and my family. I first successfully used homeopathic remedies to bring on labour, ease the subsequent bruising, and for a period of post natal depression. It has long been my treatment of choice, and I have been using homeopathic remedies successfully for over 20 years.
I graduated from a four year course of study and training at Allen College, recognised internationally as a leader in the teaching of Classical Homeopathy. I am also a qualified Homeobotanicals and Level 2 Bach Flower Practitioner. Always looking to develop and improve for the benefit of my patients, I undertake regular professional development. In 2013 I spent a period of post-graduate study and clinical practice in the slums of Calcutta, India and in June 2019 I attended a "Course for Experts" on the island of Alonnisos, with the world renowned Classical Homeopath, George Vithoulkas. I am currently completing a Post Graduate course to further embed and extend my knowledge and expertise.
As a mother and former Montessori teacher, I have a strong interest in children's health. I have contributed to a professional nanny agency's newsletter and website, and write regular articles on family health issues for Salad Days Magazine. I am also proud to be a "selected practioner" for Cambridge University Hospital Trust, which includes Addenbrooke's Hospital and the Rosie Maternity Unit.
